Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule a session. To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

1. Cancellation by Client:

• If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

2. Rescheduling by Client:

• If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a 30% rescheduling fee.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Two Spirit Love:

• In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make every effort to provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• If a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary on our part, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

4. No-Show Policy:

• If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

5. Emergency Situations:

• We understand that true illness and emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

• To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us via cell or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
